Historia
This drawing, just like the set of preparatory drawings made for the other prints in the series, formed part of the Carderera collection before arriving at the Prado Museum, where it is currently housed.
Análisis artístico
In this delicate drawing, Goya sketches out the design for this image, which remains almost entirely unchanged for the finished etching.
Conservación
In the centre, in the face and torso of the vomiting man, the drawing is smudged, possibly where it has been passed through the press.
In the corners we can see the marks left by the copperplate.
