Historia
See Sad forebodings of what is to come.
This drawing, like the set of preparatory drawings for the rest of the engravings in the series, was part of the Carderera collection and subsequently passed to the Prado National Museum, where it is now kept.
Análisis artístico
Goya executed the preparatory drawing for engraving no. 67, This is no less so by paying greater attention to what takes place in the foreground. In this way he depicts with greater precision the figures, probably aristocrats, who carry an image of the Virgin on their shoulders.
